- Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

- Ship the item(s) back to the provided return address, or bring product to the store location at 2044 W. Chicago Ave. Chicago IL 60622. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error.
